pbl session 3

at meeting 1, we try to understand what the case is all about. it is quite difficult to understand.i try to do the simple the question first.

at meeting 2,we try to complete all the question since that we get the point.co-operate with the member is more important at this time.

overall, this pbl improve out knowledge and skill especially presentation skill.

HOW TO MAKE MY PRESENTATION MORE PRESENTABLE AND EYE CATCHING

1)Visualization

make sure to have something more than just your voice. PowerPoint presentations are great at keeping visual learners interested and making your presentation more organized and easier to digest. These presentations also allow for you to use visuals without the bulk of posters and charts.

 2)Breathing

Stand up. Imagine that you are about to walk on stage at the start of your presentation. You will probably be feeling rather tense and you may be holding your breath. Unlock your knees, breathe using your tummy, rather than your chest and shake out your arms. You will find that it will be a lot more difficult to feel tense if you concentrate on improving your breathing.

3)practice

The simple truth is that good presenters have had lots of practice of doing it and most good presenters have been trained to present well. If you want to improve your presentation skills then going on a training class will help. As with any skill - the more you do it, the better your performance will become

Finish up with another opportunity for audience participation. If you have no better ideas, the audience

from the pbl session 1, i can understand for the few simply question such as what the SDLC and the phases that can be found in SDLC. for the question 4, it is difficult to understand. then, if thequestion ask the problem, it's quite difficult to relate with the case.

pbl session 1-meeting 2

1)in this meeting, i know about the overall process of developing information system through multi step process. other than that, i know about the preliminary investigation is needed to identify the problem
2)during the session is in progress, i'm quite difficult to understand whether the system can be cost justify or not
3)this meeting run smoothly since we understand the case
4)do not have time to do long discussion among team members

PBL session 01-meeting 01

1) after read that case for more time i could say that the case is about the managing how to update stock in and stock out
2)i do not know about the other function in detail of the system since that system will be used in the management
3)i have exposed for new things that i have not know about that before
4)for this meeting, it will take more time to me to understand that case
